My Work
My work has been called contemporary abstract realism. I call it magic realism. Magic is about the appearance and disappearance of things. Something visual artists do. I do it often referencing metaphors and playing with distortions of vision. I am fascinated by the concept of a universe full of the movement of particles that we know exist because they leave traces of their shadows in a cloud chamber. The work here represents 5 bodies of work with examples of old and new in various scales and mediums.
